This farmhouse table was snagged for a really good price on Craigslist. The planked top was attractive, as were the Napoleon-style chairs.
You can see in this “before” photo, below, it was the 90s golden pine color.
I ended up ordering the graphite Annie Sloan chalk paint and thinned it to run it through the sprayer.
It seemed as if the paint sprayer would have been a great idea, however, I had more touching up to do with a brush than I anticipated.

The table top was sanded down to the bare wood and stained with three coats of walnut–although it didn’t turn out as dark as I would have liked. Dark wax was used over the graphic, because I wanted the paint to look more black. The cushions were redone with new, unwashed drop cloth fabric.
